Miami Valley RTA

Orion 2003 on Main at Third on Route 11 in February 2001. While the ETI ETBs were having their frames fixed, the RTA was short of buses. Solution was to move some paratransit vehicles to lightly traveled diesel routes, like Route 11. The ride was *very* rough.
