Miami Valley RTA

Orion 2011 westbound on Northcliff near Springfield on Route 11 on April 5, 2001. While the ETI ETBs were having their frames fixed, the RTA was short of buses. Solution was to move some paratransit vehicles to lightly traveled diesel routes, like Route 11. The ride was *very* rough.
