ETI 9839 leads Vossloh-Kiepe 1402 at Main and Third outside the RTA Headquarters in the Conover Building on July 28 2017.
Wright Stop Plaza was closed for repainting and other maintenance from July 22 - 30.
During this time, Dayton's trolleys returned to their natural home on Main St, and the lineups were held there and on Third for diesels.
